Terms of Service

  1. The website www.seastheday.in and its contents, and system operational software are the sole ownership of M/s SeasTheDay. 
  2. Delivery is free of cost irrespective of the order size, as long as delivery has to be made within Mumbai City. Delivery to Navi Mumbai & Thane will attract a flat delivery charge of INR 200. 
  3. You can place your order online, or by Phone/SMS/WhatsApp on +91 88280 05470.
  4. We accept orders over the phone from 8 am to 8 pm on all days of the week.
  5. Product weight may vary.
  6. Billing would be as per the list price stated on our website, unless there is a promotional offer.
  7. In case of whole fish & chicken, the order will be billed as per gross weight (weight before cleaning and cutting). In case of fillets, slices/steaks and mutton, the order will be billed as per net weight (weight after cleaning and cutting).
  8. All crab, prawns and lobster products will be charged on gross weight except for crab meat which will be charged on net weight. Squids and clams will be billed on gross weight.
  9. Payment can be made via Cash, Credit/Debit Card or UPI.
  10. Certain kinds of fish are seasonal and may not be available throughout the year. Moreover, the quantity you have ordered may not be available. In such a case, we will intimate you about making an alternative order that will match your needs to the closest possible fish and quantity that you desire.
  11. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or that is unavailable. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed for delivery from our side.
  12. We deliver in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane only.
